On the 8th of November as the count finished in Inverurie, the dust settled on 3 new Conservative Councillors in Aberdeenshire: Iain Sutherland in Fraserburgh and Distrct, Peter Chapman in Central Buchan, and Tracey Smith in the Mearns.
All 3 by-elections were triggered by SNP resignations, so it could be considered 3 SNP to Con gains.
In Banff and Buchan area, Iain Sutherland and Peter Chapman will join the existing Councillor team and work for the benefit of their communities.
